Two Caribbean Sites Revived

We are pleased to announce the revival of two Caribbean sites which were offline for quite some time. The GoWEB Bajan Dictionary and the Caribbean Anthems sites were a part of the original GoWEB portal, but were discontinued as the portal evolved. We have now revived these two great resources, which are available in the “Channels And Services” box to the right of our homepage.

The Bajan Dictionary offers barbadians and tourists a look into the Barbadian dialect. We decided to revamp and refresh this site for Barbados’ 42nd Independence celebrations this year.

GoWEB Caribbean Anthems allows anyone to hear the National Anthems of Caribbean countries and get the lyrics as well. This is a great educational resource and we decided to revive it along with the Dictionary.

We hope that you enjoy these new sites, and please feel free to submit words to the Bajan Dictionary as we have added  that functionality.
